Helen and Phillip have both completed the Ministry for the Environment’s Making Good Decisions programme and are both accredited RMA hearing commissioners. We are available to act as hearing commissioners on both resource consent and plan hearing panels where the involvement of experienced planners is required.

As commissioners we offer two very valuable skill sets. Firstly we have a broad understanding of resource management issues and can offer professional and objective decision making skills. Secondly from our own experiences working with hearing panels we understand the value in a well run hearing, where all parties are made to feel at ease and feel that they have been fully engaged in that process.
