Lucy leads plan reviews and excels at helping policy teams with detailed plan analysis and section 32 reporting. She is passionate about communication and community engagement, and has honed her lively presentation skills as a community access radio personality and coordinator.

Lucy started her planning career in 2000 as a planning researcher, moved to New Zealand in 2007 and brought her diverse skills to the Perception Planning team in 2010. She has a Masters in Town and Country Planning from the University of the West of England. Lucy worked in regulatory planning and as a policy planner for councils in the United Kingdom. She now specialises in plan changes, policy reviews and policy research. Lucy has significant experience with:
