	RESOURCE CONSENTS Preparation of resource consent applications and assessments of environmental effects (AEEs) can be a complex process. We provide expert advice right from the start to make the process easier for you.

	PRIVATE PLAN CHANGES AND RE-ZONING If you are undertaking a major development, or your project/land is zoned inappropriately, we can assist you with plan change and re-zoning applications.

	POLICY DEVELOPMENT We assist district and regional councils with policy development, plan reviews and plan changes/variations.

	SUBMISSIONS If you are affected by a resource consent application or plan change, we can help you prepare a submission and effectively engage in the planning process.

	LONG-TERM PLANNING We believe that long term planning is about understanding often complex variables affecting the future, consulting well with people who will influence or be influenced by changes over time, and logically setting out a process for managing these changes.

	ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE & SUSTAINABILITY Meeting the requirements of environmental regulation and resource consents can be complex. We work with you to improve existing compliance and proactively set out ways to minimise the impact on your business, the community and the environment.

	HEARING COMMISSIONERS We are available to act as hearing commissioners on both resource consent and plan hearing panels where the involvement of experienced planners is required.
