Phoebe joined Perception Planning in 2020 after working in local government. She works on a wide variety of planning projects from RMA research to resource consent applications and freshwater policy development. Phoebe is particularly interested in planning theory, environmental science and hydrology. In her spare time she is either attempting fly fishing or out hiking and biking.

Phoebe has a Bachelor of Environmental Planning with a specification in Freshwater Environments from the University of Waikato. She is a passionate problem solver, and provides clear and logical advice to clients about how to get the best outcomes for the environment.
